2. The Automatic CNC Sharpening Machine  is fully enclosed wet grinding, equipped with mist suction device.

4. The main mechanical components of this CNC Hob Sharpening Grinder Machine: bed, grinding head, upper and lower slides, front and rear slides, left and right slides, workpiece table, column, rotary seat, workpiece headstock, tailstock.

5. The machine tool is equipped with a high-precision SIEMENS digital servo system, controlled by a microprocessor, and equipped with the latest drive technology. Digital AC servo motor drives 2 linear axes with a resolution of 0.0001mm. The rotary axis resolution is 0.0001°.

6. This Automatic Sharpening CNC Grinder Machine is equipped with a grinding wheel correction block, which can effectively deal with the influence of grinding wheel consumption on grinding accuracy.

7. The  CNC Hob Sharpening Grinder Machine is equipped with a measuring head, which can measure unequal milling cutters and realize unequal grinding of milling cutters. The measurement error does not exceed 0.1mm.

8. The milling cutter grinding adopts our self-developed milling cutter grinding software and user interface, manual tool setting, and the CNC system completes the fully automatic grinding cycle. The operation is simple and practical, which makes the grinding precision of the plane milling cutter higher. Longer life.

9. The Automatic Sharpening CNC Grinder Machine has high rigidity and high precision stability. The bed and column of the machine tool are made of high-strength gray cast iron. After multiple aging treatments, the internal stress is eliminated, and the stability of the machine tool is increased, so that the sharpening accuracy of the tool is well guaranteed.
