Main Features of Hydraulic Cylinder Hardface Welding Machine
1. Hydraulic cylinder hardface welding machine is designed to mig weld circular overlaying on cylinder tubes or pipes. Melting thickness and width reach working requirement. With uniform and smooth welding appearance.
2. Welding machine can work continuously for 24-hour.
3. Welding torch of hydraulic cylinder hardface welding machine is fixed while hydraulic cylinder is rotating, welding position is horizontal.
4. Hydraulic cylinder workpiece is clamped by tooling fixture and supported by universal ball bracket.
5. Hydraulic cylinder hardface welding machine has high voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine also has low welding voltage and low current for filling crater. Welding machine adopts push-type wire feeding mode, to guarantee feeding stability.
6. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, left and right and angled turn to meet welding requirement. Welding torch can moves longitudinally to complete the whole welding. The movement of welding head is driven by servo motor.
7. PLC controls the operation of hydraulic cylinder hardface welding machine. Rotation speed is adjusted by inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.
8. Japan OMRON PLC and touch screen are used to control the whole machine. With the help of touch human-machine interface, welding mode and parameters can be preset,stored and retrieved. There will be fault alarm and indication during welding process, such as stuck wire, blocked wire, etc.
9. Hydraulic cylinder hardface welding machine consists of electric deceleration head, fixture, conductive mechanism, welding torch clamping and adjustment mechanism, cnc axial moving mechanism, adjustable movable bracket, welding torch pneumatic feeding and oscillating mechanism, electric control system, welding power resource and pneumatic system.
