Products Description
1. 5axis CNC welding system is designed to pulse mig weld hydraulic cylinder tubes, piston rod with eye and end caps.
2. Welding torch will be programmed to walk out of the welding path.
3. Applicable hydraulic cylinder tube length: 3000mm (customized).
4. Applicable hydraulic cylinder tube diameter: 30mm-300mm (customized). Piston rod diameter:20mm-300mm (customized).
5. Welding process will be continual and steady. Realize the wide welding seam and multipass continuous welding. The interpass temperature can be controlled well during the multi-layer welding process.
6. Automatic piston rod welding machine is manufactured in pneumatic tail-stock. Tailstock is Morse taper No5.
