. Guide rail
X , Z linear coordinate guide rails are imported linear roller guide rails, increasing the
number of sliders on the guide rails, making them strong in rigidity, flexible and light in movement,
and without creeping. All moving parts are driven by digital AC servo motors and ball screws,
and X , Z can obtain 12 High-speed movement of m/min .
Feeding mechanism
X , Z , B, C feed coordinates use imported AC feed servo motors to drive stepless
transmission. The AC servo feed motor is used as the power source, and the ball screw and
worm gear are used as transmission components.
Lubrication system
The machine tool is equipped with a timed lubrication device, which can perform timed
lubrication on the ball screw nuts, etc.Automatic thin oil lubrication is a timed and quantitative
fully automatic mode, the action is automatically controlled by the CNC system, and can perform
detection and alarm.
Protective device
The machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed protection room with sliding doors on the
front and sides, which is convenient and safe to operate. X and Z are equipped with rust-proof
metal protection pull plates to prevent splashing of coolant and chips, effectively preventing the
splashing of iron chips and coolant from eroding the guide rails, protecting the guide rails and
lead screws, and extending their service life.

The machine tool must be safely grounded with a separate cable, and the grounding
resistance must be less than 4 ohms.
The ambient temperature range of the machine tool workshop is 15-35℃, the relative
humidity is 40-75%, the atmospheric pressure is 86-106Kpa, the dust concentration in the air
shall not be greater than 10mg/m3, and it shall not contain acid, salt and corrosive gas. The
machine tool is installed in a workshop far away from the source of vibration, heat source and
heat flow, and its vibration is less than 0.5G (G is the acceleration of gravity).
