Machine Bed Structure

The two-axis feed
X axis and Z axis are driven by servo motor, and directly connected to the ball screw through the elastic coupling. The ball screw adopts a fixed installation method at both ends. Saddle and skateboard :

Tool holder
The standard tool holder of this cnc metal lathe adopts the servo tool holder of Taiwan. The tool holder adopts servo motor driven indexing and hydraulic locking to meet the requirements of high performance and fast tool change. The tool holder enables two-way tool selection in the nearest direction. By controlling the acceleration and deceleration process by servo motor technology, the tool holder can still complete the flexible indexing positioning without impact under high inertial load. High-precision triple toothed disc structure, hydraulically driven, so that the cutterhead can be released and locked without lifting, effectively protecting the internal mechanical structure from external contamination (coolant, iron filings, dust, etc.). The triple toothed disc is made of high-hardness alloy steel precision grinding, large size, high locking force, to ensure the high rigidity and precision of the tool holder. The tool holder is made with precision, the number of parts is small, the design is reasonable, the working temperature is low, and the lubrication is long-lasting, which ensures its accuracy and reliability in the process of use.
Tailstock:
The tailstock is programmable and the tailstock body is split. The tip is fixed in the tailstock body tip sleeve, and the tailstock body is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move the whole on the linear guide rail. The tailstock spindle movement is automatically realized by the NC system M function or manually by the buttons on the control panel. After pressing the workpiece forward when driving the tailstock, maintain the appropriate pressure of the tailstock body to complete the topping action.
Note: When using standard top top top tightening workpieces, the minimum diameter that can be cut by this machine is φ30, other specific conditions depend on the workpiece and top conditions.
