
Due to the poor state of electric welding equipment and facilities, various casualties are often caused. Among them, there are many electric shock accidents. The project is specifically designed to prevent accidents.
Operators of automatic welding machines have more opportunities to contact electricity, and the environment for electric welding operations is extremely different.
The welding machine power input end and primary output end should have a screen guard, and the screen guard is reliable and effective.
1. When using automatic welding for the first time, you must use a three-core copper core rubber wire with good insulation or a multi-strand soft copper wire, and the wiring length must not exceed 3 meters. If you really need to use a longer wire, you should add a level of power control within 3 meters of the automatic side, and lay the power cord overhead. The primary wire of the welder must not be dragged on the ground for use. It must not be used across channels on the ground.
2. The secondary wires of automatic welding must be connected tightly and without looseness. No more than three joints on the secondary wires are allowed. The cross-sectional area of the welding cable should be correctly selected according to the capacity of the welding machine to avoid insulation aging due to long-term overload.
3. The insulation resistance between the primary and secondary coils of the welding transformer of the automatic welding machine factory, and the insulation resistance between the winding and the outer casing is not less than 1 megohm. It is required that the insulation resistance of the welding machine should be measured at least once every six months, and the records should be complete.
4. The automatic welding machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. If it is placed outdoors, in addition to the welding machine itself, the automatic welding machine must also be protected from rain and snow. The welding machine should be placed in a neat, clean and non-flammable place. Explosive materials are stacked together.

5. The PE wire of the shell of the automatic welding machine is correctly and reliably connected. The selection of wiring fault protection equipment should meet the requirements of technical parameters, such as the grounding form of the power distribution system and the capacity of the welding equipment, the wiring is correct, and the connection is reliable.
6. The welding tongs should comply with the relevant national regulations, and it can ensure that the welding rod can be clamped at any inclination, the insulation is good, the heat insulation layer of the handle is complete, and the welding tongs and the different wires should be connected reliably. The connection should be light and soft, easy to use, no overheating, no conductor exposed, and the clamp handle screen well protected. It is strictly forbidden to use metal structures such as factory buildings, pipelines, and rails as secondary welding circuits.
